Job summary

SiPearl in France seeks an experienced EMEA HPC Sales Manager to own commercial relationships with HPC centers, research institutions and government programs across Europe. You will navigate public tenders, drive adoption of SiPearl silicon in HPC deployments and manage complex sales cycles.

You will forecast pipelines, report progress, and collaborate with Product Marketing and the technical team. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years selling into HPC, research, academic or government infrastructure; familiarity with public tender processes.
• Strong understanding of the data center value chain and complex selling cycles.
• Fluency in English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of national and European HPC deals across EMEA.
• Navigate public tender and RFP processes specific to HPC and research procurement.
• Support technical validation with SiPearl's team and ensure forecasts and CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align customer requirements with the roadmap.
• Represent SiPearl at HPC and academic industry events.
