Job summary

SiPearl, the European fabless designer of sovereign secure high-performance energy-efficient CPUs for HPC, AI and data centres, is seeking an EMEA HPC Sales Manager. You will own SiPearl's commercial relationships with HPC centers, research institutions and national sovereign programs across EMEA, navigating public procurement and driving adoption of SiPearl silicon in HPC deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years selling into HPC, research, academic or government infrastructure.
• Familiarity with public tender processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience owning quota and pipeline.
• Fluency in English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of national and European HPC centers, research institutions, and government programs across EMEA.
• Navigate tenders and RFP processes specific to HPC and research procurement.
• Support technical validation with the product/tech team (benchmarking, co-design).
• Own forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM with regular progress reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align customer requirements with the roadmap and represent SiPearl at events.
