Job summary

SiPearl, the European fabless CPU designer, is seeking an EMEA CSP Sales Manager to own commercial relationships with cloud providers across EMEA, turning technical engagements into revenue. The role includes pipeline development, trials conversion, and close collaboration with product and marketing teams.

Office in Maisons-Laffitte with a hybrid model (2 days remote). 10+ years CSP-facing sales experience and fluency in English are required, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CSP-facing sales, ideally selling Cloud & AI infrastructure, silicon, servers or cloud services.
• Solid understanding of cloud services, procurement models, and buying cycles.
• Existing network with European cloud providers or hyperscalers is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow a pipeline of CSP accounts across EMEA.
• Convert trials and early access programs into qualified opportunities and revenue.
• Own forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM with regular reporting on progress.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements with cloud infrastructure and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and engineering to align CSP needs with the roadmap.
• Represent SiPearl at CSP-related industry events.
