SiPearl, a European fabless CPU designer, seeks an EMEA HPC Sales Manager to own commercial relationships with HPC centers, research institutions and sovereign programs across EMEA. You will navigate public procurement, drive adoption of SiPearl silicon in HPC deployments and manage forecasting in CRM.

Based in France or Italy with on-site or hybrid work (2 days remote), you will leverage existing national/international HPC contacts and lead strategic bids while coordinating with product

About SiPearl…

SiPearl is the European fabless designer of sovereign secure high-performance energy-efficient CPUs for HPC, AI and data centres. These CPUs will help address strategic challenges in the fields of security, defence, medical research, energy, climate and engineering with a reduced environmental footprint.

In June 25, SiPearl completed the design of the most complex CPU ever designed in Europe, Rhea1. Featuring 80 Arm Neoverse V1 cores, with 61 billion transistors, it is currently in production at TSMC. Sipearl CPUs will equip the two first European exascale supercomputers belonging to EuroHPC JU: Rhea1 will be integrated into the JUPITER machine based in Germany and Rhea2 will be part of Alice Recoque in France.

Incubated within the European Processor Initiative (EPI) consortium and seed-funded by the European Union, SiPearl employs almost 200 people in :

• France (Maisons-Laffitte, Grenoble, Massy, Sophia Antipolis)
• Spain (Barcelona)
• and Italy (Bologna)

Following a €130 million Series A, the company has launched its Series B round.

About the role

As EMEA HPC Sales Manager, you will own SiPearl's commercial relationship with HPC centers, research institutions and national/sovereign supercomputing programs across EMEA, navigating public procurement and driving adoption of SiPearl silicon in HPC deployments.

Your missions

• Build and manage a pipeline of national HPC centers, research institutions and government-backed supercomputing programs across EMEA
• Navigate public tender and RFP processes specific to HPC and research procurement
• Support technical validation (benchmarking, co-design) together with SiPearl's technical team
• Own forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM, with regular reporting on pipeline quality, progress on deals and general engagement with prospects
• Work with Product Marketing to align research/HPC customer requirements with the roadmap
• Represent SiPearl at HPC and academic/research industry events

What will help you succeed in this role

• 10+ years selling into HPC, research, academic or government infrastructure; familiarity with public tender processes
• Understanding of the full data center value chain and of their complex selling process
• Existing relationships with national or European HPC centers (à confirmer) a strong plus
• Comfortable owning and being accountable for a quota and a pipeline generation target
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; high autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages a plus
