Notion is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to support growth across EMEA GTM teams, with emphasis on Sales. Based in Paris, you will manage full-cycle hiring and partner with cross-functional teams to drive holistic talent strategies. We operate in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays to collaborate in person.

You will design sourcing strategies, ensure structured hiring plans, and leverage AI tools to provide data-driven market insights, shaping inclusive teams across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, GTM functions.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent across various levels.
• Experience coaching and advising hiring managers through our recruiting process while keeping talent density as a priority.
• Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and guide hiring managers in creating inclusive teams.
• Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruiting experiences.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the GTM org, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through successful close
• Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent across EMEA markets
• Ensure scalable and structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes while creating thoughtful candidate experiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive holistic talent strategies
• Leverage AI tools, to innovate recruiting processes and provide data-driven insights on market conditions
• Champion and scale best practices while thoughtfully adapting for regional nuances
