Job summary

Mistral is seeking a leader to build and scale a regional business operations field partnership team in Europe. You will guide approximately 50-60 account executives across Northern, Central and Southern Europe, turning insights into actionable priorities and measurable growth.

You will collaborate with regional VPs and GTM Systems to optimize territory design, quotas, and pipeline plans, leveraging AI to reduce repetitive work and accelerate decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing sales operations, revenue operations or commercial business partnership teams.
• Track record translating analysis into action and measurable results.
• Credibility with senior sales leaders and ability to influence decisions.
