Mistral is seeking a leader to head a growing regional Revenue Operations partnership team across Europe. You will collaborate with three regional VPs in Northern, Central and Southern Europe, supporting 50–60 account executives to turn insights into actionable growth strategies.

Your team translates global analytics into regional priorities, identifies process gaps for AI-driven improvements, and drives measurable outcomes with ownership and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing sales operations, revenue operations or commercial business partnership teams.
• Strong track record translating analysis into action and measurable results.
• Credibility with senior sales leaders and ability to influence decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the regional business operations field partnership team with clear coverage and development plans.
• Translate regional growth objectives into quarterly priorities and resource allocation.
• Own territory design, rollout and ongoing management with Sales and RevOps.
• Shape regional pipeline targets and drive recovery when gaps emerge.
• Run weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews with accountable owners.
• Improve productivity through AI and automation, gathering feedback and piloting improvements.
