UKG is seeking a Business Development Representative based in Paris or Barcelona to join the EMEA BDR Team. You will own territory strategy for German mid-market and international subsidiaries, develop multi-channel outreach, and collaborate with Account Executives to build qualified pipeline.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German; additional language is a plus.
• 1+ years experience in outbound BDR with a long-term approach.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools.
• Executive-level storytelling and long-term approach.
• Exposure to MEDDIC and structured sales methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage territory strategy for German mid-market and international subsidiaries.
• Develop multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
