Scaleway is seeking a customer-focused technical support specialist to resolve complex cloud technical problems, communicate with Engineering and Product, and represent customers internally.

You will apply Linux, virtualization, networking, and cloud services knowledge, participate in a 3x8 on-call cycle, and benefit from hybrid work, a global environment, and growth opportunities within the Scaleway group.

Qualifications

• French and English fluency with a customer-service orientation.
• Technological interest and logical thinking: ability to solve technical problems.
• Solid knowledge of the cloud ecosystem.

• Experience in creation, deployment and maintenance of cloud services.
• Knowledge of operating systems, Linux, and virtualization systems.

• Ability to analyze, understand and diagnose complex technical issues.

• Perfect use and mastery of both French and English with a customer‑service orientation.
• Technological interest and logical thinking: good knowledge of hardware or software and ability to solve technical problems.
• Solid knowledge of the cloud ecosystem.
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, curiosity and eagerness to work in a team.
• Experience in creation, deployment and maintenance of cloud services.
• Knowledge of operating systems, Linux, and virtualization systems.
• Experience in network administration and IP address management.
• Ability to analyze, understand and diagnose complex technical issues.

Work Schedule & Onboarding

On‑call duty: 3x8 hours, 6‑week cycle (2 weeks with night work, 2 weeks with weekend work). Onboarding lasts 6 weeks of formation to improve knowledge of tools, products, technical stacks and ecosystem.
