RAISE Summit is seeking a Conference Manager with knowledge of the AI Applied industry to help build the intellectual architecture of Europe’s most ambitious AI summit.

You will work with the Co-founders and the Head of Content on the full editorial cycle—from early-stage programme conception through live event delivery—and you will report to the Head of Content, collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Customer success teams across the CoE organization.

Qualifications

• Native or full professional fluency in English (French is a plus).
• Genuine, demonstrable interest / expertise in applied AI.
• Strong research and analytical writing skills to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Confident in interacting with C-level executives and researchers.
• Structured, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the editorial vision of the RAISE programme: identify themes, questions, and narrative arcs for a senior AI audience.
• Research the AI landscape to surface timely topics and angles.
• Propose and structure sessions, panels, and formats with real intellectual value.
• Build and maintain speaker lists including researchers, leaders, policymakers, founders, and investors.
• Write and send personalised outreach to prospective speakers; manage follow-up to confirmation.
• Brief confirmed speakers ahead of sessions to ensure alignment with editorial intent.
• Draft session descriptions and speaker bios reflecting RAISE tone and ambition.
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure accurate representation in external communications.
• Work with Sales to integrate sponsored speaking slots while preserving editorial integrity.
• Provide on-site support to speakers: briefings, backstage coordination, and panel delivery.
• Assist in orchestrating the live agenda and manage last-minute changes.
