Les Nouvelles Recrues is recruiting an Editorial Manager for Chain of Events in Paris to shape the editorial programme for Europe's leading AI summit. The role blends content strategy, speaker outreach and live delivery, with close collaboration across marketing and sales to preserve editorial integrity.

You'll work with senior AI voices, craft session descriptions and bios, and provide on-site support during the live event, contributing to a globally influential programme.

Qualifications

• Native or professional level English; French is a plus.
• Genuine interest or expertise in applied AI and GenAI.
• Editorial thinking: shape conversations, not just invite guests.
• Strong research and analytical writing skills; synthesize complex topics clearly.
• Comfortable with senior stakeholders; build relationships with busy leaders.
• Structured, proactive and adaptable, with speed and ambiguity.
• Experience in editorial, content strategy, journalism or events.

Responsabilités

• Shape the programme: define themes and narrative arcs for the AI summit.
• Find and land high-level speakers and manage outreach.
• Write session descriptions, bios and programme copy with editorial tone.
• Deliver on-site support, coordinating briefings and live sessions.
