Chain of Events is seeking an Editorial Manager for MACHINA Summit in Paris. You will shape the intellectual architecture of Europe’s reference summit on Physical AI, from editorial conception to live delivery.

Responsibilities include developing themes, researching topics, proposing sessions, outreach to top researchers and industry leaders, and coordinating on-site execution. You will report to the Head of Content and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Editorial experience in journalism, editorial leadership or content strategy.
• Strong ability to develop editorial vision and narrative arcs for senior audiences.
• Excellent analytical writing and ability to synthesize complex topics.

Responsabilités

• Lead editorial strategy and session concepts for MACHINA.
• Research and outreach for high-calibre speakers; manage relationships to confirmation.
• Draft session descriptions and programme copy reflecting MACHINA's tone and ambition.
• Coordinate on-site delivery, including speaker briefings and backstage coordination.
• Grow editorial ownership with mentorship from senior content professionals.
