Les Nouvelles Recrues is recruiting an Editorial Manager for Chain of Events in Paris to shape the editorial programme for Europe's leading AI summit. The role blends content strategy, speaker outreach and live delivery, with close collaboration across marketing and sales to preserve editorial integrity.

You'll work with senior AI voices, craft session descriptions and bios, and provide on-site support during the live event, contributing to a globally influential programme.

Today, we're recruiting an Editorial Manager for our client, Chain of Events, the company behind the events where the people shaping technology actually meet — based in Paris.

About the company

Chain of Events runs three summits, all in Paris, all within the same week:

• Signal Week — the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, roughly 70% of them C-suite. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators — BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis: TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.
• RAISE Summit — the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions (80%+ C-level, from 76 countries), with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq), plus the Versailles AI Gala, the RAISE Hackathon and RAISE the STAKES (1,100+ startup applications in 2026).
• MACHINA Summit — Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI: intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems and next‑generation human–machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik and Agility Robotics. It's the fastest-moving brand in the portfolio, with the most white space ahead of it.

In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group, the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they'll converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week.

The role and its challenges

This is not a support role. As Editorial Manager, you'll help build the intellectual architecture of Europe's most ambitious AI summit. You're expected to have opinions, spot the right voices and shape the conversations that matter — from early programme conception all the way to live delivery.

Your missions:

• Shape the programme — contribute to RAISE's editorial vision: key themes, open questions and narrative arcs that resonate with a senior AI audience. Map the AI landscape (foundation models, enterprise adoption, regulation, investment trends) to surface timely topics and underexplored angles. Propose sessions, panels and formats that create real intellectual value, not just brand visibility.
• Find and land the right speakers — build target lists of high‑calibre speakers (AI researchers, enterprise leaders, policymakers, founders, investors), write personalised outreach and own the relationship through to confirmation. Brief confirmed speakers so each session matches the programme's intent.
• Write and coordinate content — draft session descriptions, speaker bios and programme copy that carry RAISE's tone and ambition. Work with Marketing so sessions are represented accurately and compellingly, and with Sales to integrate sponsored slots while protecting editorial integrity.
• Deliver on‑site — support speakers with briefings, backstage coordination and smooth panel delivery, and help orchestrate the live agenda — including last‑minute changes, handled with composure.

Your future team

You'll report to the Head of Content – RAISE Summit and work closely with the Co‑founders across the full editorial cycle. Day to day, you'll collaborate with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams across Chain of Events. Expect a fast‑paced, multicultural and entrepreneurial environment where initiative is expected — not just encouraged.

About you

• You're native or fully professional in English (French is a plus, other languages welcome).
• You have a genuine, demonstrable interest or expertise in applied AI: you follow the field, you have opinions, and you can hold a substantive conversation about it — ideally including the GenAI ecosystem (key players, funding dynamics, enterprise deployment, policy debates).
• You think editorially: not just “who should we invite?” but “what conversation do we want to create?”
• You have strong research and analytical writing skills — you can synthesise complex topics and communicate them clearly.
• You're comfortable with senior stakeholders (C-level, prominent researchers) and naturally build relationships with busy, selective people.
• You're structured, proactive and at ease with speed and some ambiguity.
• Ideally, you have previous experience in editorial, content strategy, journalism or events.
