Jobtailor is seeking a multilingual customer support specialist to respond to inquiries in French, English, German, and Dutch. You will deliver a service-oriented experience, handle complaints, and provide detailed product information across channels including email, WhatsApp, and calls. You will help improve customer experience and ensure timely follow-ups.

The role requires strong writing skills, empathy, and the ability to work as part of a team, including Saturdays. Danish?

Qualifications

Fully trilingual in French, English, and German.
Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling.
Agile, detail-oriented, and able to handle numerous inquiries with rigor and empathy.
Dutch language proficiency required for daily use.
Ability to work as part of a team and meet daily targets.
Availability to work Saturdays.

Responsabilités

Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and outbound calls to handle specific complaints
Take a proactive approach with customers, delivering a service-oriented experience
Proactively suggest ways to improve the customer experience
Handle complaints and disputes
Provide accurate, high-quality product information (features, availability, reservations)
Explain purchasing, return, and exchange procedures
Follow up on customer inquiries
