You will deliver a service-oriented experience, handle complaints, and provide detailed product information across channels including email, WhatsApp, and calls. You will help improve customer experience and ensure timely follow-ups.

The role requires strong writing skills, empathy, and the ability to work as part of a team, including Saturdays. Danish?

• Fully trilingual in French, English, and German.
