EfficientIP in Paris is seeking a Level 1 Support Engineer to qualify issues, gather information, start investigations and define a first diagnosis. You will work to resolve problems independently or escalate to the next support level, with possible assistance from the Development team.

Key tasks include designing and evaluating corrective actions in a test environment and clear communication with customers via email or phone.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years work experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, TCP/IP network architectures, HTTP/HTTPS.
• Must be located in Paris or Ile-de-France.
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Qualify issues and gather information to start investigation.
• Define a first diagnosis and resolve the problem independently or escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with the Development team for complex cases.
• Design and evaluate action plans in a test environment and implement the best solution.
• Communicate clearly with customers via email and/or phone.
