Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse invites applications for a Digital Project Leader within the Customer Services Digital Excellence team. You will lead digital product and service projects across Digital Customer Journey, In Service A/C Management, Training and Flight Ops, and BOTs to support customers' aircrafts.

The ideal candidate has a master's in project management, at least 5 years of PM experience in complex environments, and hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Survey Module, digital trends,

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in Project Management.
• +5 years of project management experience in complex environments.
• Bronze PM certification (minimum) or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience in Salesforce's Survey Module.
• Strong interest or experience in digital and AI knowledge for day-to-day activities.
• Experience in Customer Services business lines is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Assess the Digital Project’s value and monitor it throughout its lifecycle.
• Ensure on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery of the Digital Project.
• Provide the Digital Project’s maturity to all stakeholders.
• Consolidate Business Requirements or To Be vision to enable design of the digital solution.
• Enable change management activities to secure end-users’ onboarding and adoption, and manage suppliers’ deliveries.
