Qualifications

• 5+ years managing digital IT projects in complex matrix organizations (aerospace or industrial background preferred).
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, CPQ, etc.).
• Proven track record in managing testing phases, cutover plans, and post-launch support (Agile and Waterfall).
• Experience overseeing third‑party system integrators and application management partners.
• Advanced/Fluent English required with strong stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• TEEMS Project Finalization: orchestrate UAT, defect triage, change management, go-live readiness for TEEMS.
• Production Stabilization & Support: oversee early-stage production support after launch and resolve incidents.
• Salesforce Roadmap Delivery: lead digital projects on Salesforce platform translating business requirements into specs.
• Vendor & Integrator Governance: manage external integrators to meet schedule, quality, budget and architecture.
• Stakeholder Management: provide regular status, risk mitigation and governance reporting to owners and IM leadership.
