Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane, France, seeks a Digital Project Leader to drive CRM and Training Solutions initiatives within the IT department. You will manage TEEMS finalization, production support, and Salesforce roadmap delivery across Sales, Marketing, and Support.

Bring 5+ years in digital IT projects in aerospace or industrial settings, strong Salesforce expertise, and fluent English. You will coordinate external partners and ensure on-time delivery in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing digital IT projects in complex matrix organizations (aerospace or industrial background preferred).
• Salesforce ecosystem knowledge (Sales, Service, CPQ) to effectively guide the external integrator.
• Experience delivering testing phases, cutover plans, and post-launch support under Agile and Waterfall.
• Vendor management experience with third-party system integrators and application management partners.
• Advanced/Fluent level in English; autonomous, resilient under go-live pressure, with strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• TEEMS Project Finalization: Orchestrate UAT, defect triage, change management, and go-live readiness activities.
• Production Stabilization & Support: Oversee early-stage production support following launch, ensuring swift incident resolution, user feedback loop management, and platform stability.
• Salesforce Roadmap Delivery: Lead subsequent digital projects on the Salesforce platform, converting business requirements into clear specifications.
• Vendor & Integrator Governance: Manage external integrators and contractors to ensure deliverables meet schedule, quality, budget, and architectural standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular project status, risk mitigation plans, and governance reporting for business owners and IM leadership.
