Job summary

Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane, France, seeks a Digital Project Leader to drive CRM and Training Solutions initiatives within the IT department. You will manage TEEMS close‑out and production cutover while guiding Salesforce ecosystem projects across Marketing, Sales and Support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing digital IT projects in complex matrix organizations (aerospace or industrial background preferred).
• Salesforce expertise: strong functional and technical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, CPQ, etc.).
• Project delivery: track record in testing phases, cutover plans, and post-launch support in Agile/Waterfall.
• Vendor management: experience overseeing third-party integrators and application management partners.
• Languages & soft skills: Advanced/Fluent English; autonomous, resilient under go-live pressure; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• TEEMS project finalization: orchestrate UAT, defect triage, change management, go-live readiness.
• Production stabilization & support: oversee early production support, incident resolution, user feedback loop.
• Salesforce roadmap delivery: lead digital projects on Salesforce, translate business requirements into specs.
• Vendor & integrator governance: manage external integrators to meet schedule, quality, budget, architecture.
• Stakeholder management: maintain status, risk plans, governance reporting for business owners and IM leadership.
