Airbus Operations SAS is seeking a Digital Project Leader to join the Customer Services Digital Excellence team in Toulouse. You will guide complex digital projects, ensuring value realization, on-time delivery, and stakeholder alignment across the lifecycle.

The role requires a Master in Project Management, 5+ years in PM, and expertise in Salesforce Survey Module, with strong Digital and AI knowledge. French and English communication skills are essential, and experience in Customer Services is

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in Project Management.
• +5 years experience in Project Management in complex environments.
• Knowledge and experience in Salesforce’s Survey Module is required.
• High interest or experience in Digital; Artificial intelligence knowledge in a day to day activity is mandatory.
• Experience in Customer Services business lines would be a plus.
• Excellent stakeholders management skills with the ability to work and guide across a range of team members.
• Capability to adapt and to be proactive.
• Communication skills both orally and in writing in French and in English.

• Ensuring the on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery of the Digital Project.
• Providing the Digital Project’s maturity, along its lifecycle, to all stakeholders.
• Consolidating the Business Requirements or “To Be” vision to enable the design of the digital solution.
• Enabling the change management activities to secure the end-users’ onboarding and adoption, alongside managing the suppliers’ deliveries.

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital Project Leader (f/m) to join our Customer Services Digital Excellence team (SDOC) based in Toulouse, France.

Your challenges:

Your boarding pass:

• Master degree or equivalent in Project Management
• +5 years experience in Project Management in complex environments (Bronze PM certification minimum, or equivalent)
• Knwoledge and experience in SalesForce’s Survey Module is required
• High interest or experience in Digital; Artificial intelligence knowledge in a day to day activity is mandatory
• Experience in Customer Services business lines would be a plus
• Excellent stakeholders management skills with the ability to work and guide across a range of team members;
• Capability to adapt and to be proactive;
• Communication skills both orally and in writing in French and in English;
