Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse is seeking a Digital Project Leader to join the Customer Services Digital Excellence team. You will lead digital products and services covering the Digital Customer Journey, In Service A/C Management, Training and Flight Ops, and Business Owned Tools to support customers’ aircraft.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Project Management or equivalent.
• Bronze PM certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management in complex environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce's Survey Module required.
• High interest or experience in Digital; AI knowledge is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Assessing & monitoring the expected Digital Project’s value.
• Ensuring the on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery of the Digital Project.
• Providing the Digital Project’s maturity, along its lifecycle, to all stakeholders.
• Consolidating the Business Requirements or “To Be” vision to enable the design of the digital solution.
• Enabling the change management activities to secure the end-users’ onboarding and adoption, alongside managing the suppliers’ deliveries.
