Christian Dior Couture is seeking a motivated luxury client service professional for a 6-month assignment starting January 2027 in Paris. The role requires Bac+2 and prior luxury experience in client service or concierge, with fluency in English and an additional language (French or German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, or Arabic at C2 level).

You will uphold core brand values, deliver outstanding service across channels, and leverage product knowledge to enhance client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bac+2 from a higher education institution.
• Experience in luxury client service, boutiques, hotels, or concierge is preferred.
• Fluency in English plus French or German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, or Arabic at C2 level.

Responsabilités

• Provide a positive, courteous, and pleasant client experience by upholding brand values across interactions.
• Deliver outstanding service and resolve client issues with empathy via phone, email, social media, or written correspondence.
• Escalate client issues requiring additional resources to the supervisor for timely resolution.
• Ensure client communications align with Dior policies and processes.
• Demonstrate brand storytelling and product knowledge in client interactions.
• Attend to personalization actions to deepen customer relationships.
• Maintain and update customer information using Dior tools to retain existing clients and identify new high-potential ones.
• Strive to meet or exceed KPIs such as sales, clienteling, and client experience goals.
• Share innovative ideas to address client concerns and improve team performance.
• Develop strong working relationships within the Dior network.
