Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Fashion Clienteling Project Manager based in Paris to lead activations for shows, client days, and launches. You will coordinate global and local teams to ensure seamless client experiences across markets, with a focus on calendar-driven events and strategic client engagement.

You will analyze nominations and KPIs, collaborate with analysts, and maintain cross‑functional communications to drive turnover and client satisfaction within the Dior brand context.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury client development or high‑end client relations.
• Very strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Team player with ability to coordinate 360° projects.

Responsabilités

• Build and implement a comprehensive fashion client activations calendar.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners for events across markets.
• Analyze client nominations and monitor KPIs such as attendance, average transaction value, and turnover.
• Track bookings/sales during events and perform client analysis.
