Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Fashion Clienteling Project Manager to lead all client activations, including fashion shows, client days, and in-store launches, ensuring a premium, consistent experience across markets.

You will coordinate with Global, Regional, and Local teams to build activation calendars, monitor KPIs, and drive flawless client journeys by collaborating with VM, Sales, and Training teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury client development or high‑end client relations.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication.
• Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics and brand standards.
• Results‑driven with a service‑excellence mindset and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead the fashion client activations calendar (shows, client days, launches) to ensure a seamless, elevated experience across markets.
• Define activation targets and KPIs; monitor performance and follow up on bookings, attendance, and sales impact.
• Collaborate with Global, Regional, and Local teams; coordinate with VM, Events, Academy, Retail, and Finance for flawless execution.
