Axiom Technologies in France is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. This role involves installing operating systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining asset inventory.

The ideal candidate should have over a year of experience in desktop support, strong knowledge of Windows OS, and excellent communication skills. A proficient understanding of ticketing systems is also required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or JIRA.
