Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable IT professional to coordinate from simple activities to complex plans and provide onsite/on-call end-user support in a desktop computing environment. You will install and maintain Windows/macOS/Linux OS, software, and hardware, while ensuring security protocols are followed.

The role involves onboarding/offboarding support, asset management, and collaboration with IT teams on escalated tasks. Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on desktop support or helpdesk experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or JIRA.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first- and second-level desktop support for devices and peripherals.
• Respond to service requests via ticketing systems, phone, or in person.
• Install, upgrade and maintain OSes and software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Set up new employee workstations and permissions.
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
• Support onboarding/offboarding from a technical perspective.
• Assist remote users with VPN and remote access.
• Collaborate with IT teams on escalated tasks.
• Follow security policies including antivirus and patching.
