Acolad is seeking a Team Leader Debt Collection to oversee cash collection activities and drive performance in a fast-paced, international setting. You will manage complex customer accounts, optimize DSO, and coordinate a collections team focused on continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities cover both operational and leadership aspects, including reporting to Finance and Sales Directors, KPI tracking, and enhancing collection tools and processes globally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Debt Collection, Credit Control, or Accounts Receivable.
• Experience leading, coaching, or acting as a senior point of contact within a collections team.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Accounts Receivable, including customer account management, FEBAN, and reconciliation.
• Experience using debt collection management tools; CashNow is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of collection processes, dispute management, and cash flow optimization.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and present operational and performance reports.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Debt Collection & Accounts Receivable Management (70%): Analyze aged receivables and monitor risks; oversee collection activities via calls, emails, and letters; develop strategies to reduce delays and improve cash flow; negotiate payment plans when needed; ensure documentation and traceability; escalate to Legal when necessary.
• Team Leadership & Operational Support (25%): Act as SME for the collections team; coach and advise collectors; lead daily meetings; provide receivables updates and dashboards for Finance and senior management; monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
