Job summary

Coface is seeking a Debt Collection Expert to join the group collection team in France. The role focuses on network management, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination with regional managers, suppliers, and internal departments.

You will implement best practices, drive process improvements, and promote Coface Debt Collection Services to clients and partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in debt collection, a business degree, and strong negotiation and IT system skills,

Qualifications

5 years of experience in debt collection or equivalent.
Master or Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent.
Proficiency with IT systems and Coface tools.
Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with regional Claims and collection managers; organize workshops to improve processes.
Organize monthly calls with regions; share best practices; support sensitive decisions.
Analyze monthly collection performance; launch action plans to improve results; monitor legal services.
Coordinate within COP, Coface reporting tools and IT teams to enhance reporting capabilities.
Support debt collection tenders and promote Coface’s Debt Collection Services; monitor service quality.
