Naboo is seeking a Senior Collection Manager to lead B2B cash collections in a fast-growing tech-scale environment. You will own the end-to-end process, collaborating with Sales, Ops and enterprise clients to ensure timely payments and clean ledgers.

You will manage a team of 2 collections specialists, optimize workflows, and drive automation in finance. Fluency in French and English is mandatory for UK/US accounts. Paris-based, with a modern office and competitive package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B cash collections in fast-paced environments.
• Experience building or optimizing collection processes in hyper-growth settings.
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication with enterprise clients.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily aging balances and run multi-channel follow-ups for overdue invoices.
• Coordinate with enterprise clients' accounting to confirm payment dates and remittance details.
• Match incoming bank transfers to invoices to keep ledgers clean.
• Collaborate with Sales and Ops to unblock payments and resolve billing questions.
• Escalate persistent non-payment risks and set payment plans when needed.
• Build and report collection metrics (DSO, recovery rates) and report to Leadership.
• Work with Finance Engineer to enhance collection tools and automation.
• Lead a team of 2 collections specialists.
