GitGuardian is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own the event strategy for the DACH region while supporting broader European initiatives. You will collaborate with Sales, BDR, and Marketing to design and optimize campaigns and events that generate qualified pipeline and strengthen GitGuardian's European presence.

You will lead regional plans, manage the event budget, and work with local teams to ensure successful lead follow-up and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at professional level.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; able to run 3–5 events simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution).
• Experience marketing to EMEA regions and understanding regional business cultures.
• Ability to build local marketing plans with centralized resources.
• Creativity in designing memorable event or campaign experiences.
• Experience coaching BDRs/sales on event best practices and evaluating on-site performance.
• Familiar with using AI tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own the regional marketing plan and propose the best marketing mix for DACH, UK+Nordics; source local vendors.
• Plan and execute GitGuardian events strategy in the region; design memorable experiences.
• Measure campaign efficiency and optimize to drive pipeline generation.
• Manage the regional marketing budget.
• Align with local sales and BDR teams and coach them on tactics.
