Docusign in France is seeking a Demand & Field Marketing Manager for EMEA. This role links corporate marketing with regional sales, focusing on event strategy, compelling content, and execution across proprietary events, third-party conferences, partner activations, and webinars to drive pipeline.

The ideal candidate will craft high-value propositions, develop narrative-driven decks, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B high-tech marketing experience in field marketing, content, and events.
• Experience managing a diverse event portfolio: roadshows, trade shows, partner activations, webinars.
• Experience writing high-converting marketing copy and compelling presentation narratives.

Responsabilités

• Own planning, budget, and execution for all EMEA field programs including roadshows and conferences.
• Drive content lifecycle for events and craft compelling pre/post-event materials and nurture tracks.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and regional leadership to translate technical concepts into engaging decks and talks.
• Select and prep speakers, audience profiling, and presentation flow for maximum impact.
• Create seamless event experiences across pre-, during-, and post-event phases.
• Partner with Sales on pre-event outreach, follow-up cadences, and rapid lead conversion.
• Oversee target list segmentation, tracking architecture, and ROI evaluation for field campaigns.
• Manage external venues, agencies, and suppliers to ensure top-tier execution within budget.
