Mistral is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region to own and execute its field marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. You’ll lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of external events, owned events, localized campaigns, ABM initiatives, and partner marketing activities.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on project manager who excels in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, focusing on owned events, conference sponsorships, partner marketing, and ABM.
• Enterprise B2B tech background with understanding of enterprise selling and B2B business models.
• Proven experience managing field marketing programs in the DACH region.
• Strategic thinker and problem solver translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Strong project management skills for fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsabilités

• Own the regional field marketing plan and budget for the DACH region aligned to go-to-market objectives.
• Partner with regional sales leadership to translate territory priorities into field marketing programs.
• Execute end-to-end field programs across third-party conferences, Mistral events, ABM programs and campaigns.
• Manage timelines, vendor relationships, logistics, and speaker coordination with precision.
• Allocate and optimize the regional marketing budget aligned with objectives.
• Monitor progress against objectives and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Proactively engage with sales, product marketing, demand gen, comms, and public affairs for program success.
