Mistral is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region to lead the end-to-end field marketing strategy, events, and ABM programs that drive brand awareness and revenue.

You will collaborate with regional sales, product marketing, and demand gen to translate territory priorities into impactful campaigns, manage budgets, and optimize program outcomes in a fast-growing AI solutions company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field marketing experience, with owned events and ABM.
• Enterprise B2B tech background.
• Experience in the DACH region.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent project management in fast-growth contexts.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Self-starter with growth mindset and curiosity.

Responsabilités

• Own the regional field marketing plan and budget for the DACH region.
• Translate territory priorities into field marketing programs with sales.
• Execute end-to-end field programs including conferences, events, ABM campaigns.
• Manage timelines, vendors, logistics and speaker coordination.
• Allocate and optimize the regional marketing budget.
• Monitor progress, analyze results and iterate strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, demand gen, comms, public affairs.
