Mistral.ai is seeking a senior leader to head its regional business operations field partnership team. You will partner with three regional VPs across Northern, Central and Southern Europe, supporting 50–60 account executives.

Translate insights into strategic priorities, drive action, and ensure measurable growth with AI-enabled improvements. You will shape territory plans, quotas, and pipeline targets, working with global RevOps and GTM Systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing sales operations, revenue operations or commercial business partnership teams.
• Proven ability to translate analysis into action and measurable results.
• Credibility with senior sales leaders and ability to influence decisions without formal authority.
• Strong commercial judgment across territories, capacity, quotas, pipeline, forecasting and seller productivity.
• Experience delivering cross-functional improvements in a growing B2B technology business.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the regional business operations field partnership team with clear regional coverage and development plans.
• Partner with regional leadership to translate growth objectives into quarterly priorities and resource allocation.
• Own territory design, rollout and ongoing management with Sales and global RevOps; align account allocation to market potential.
• Drive capacity and quota planning with Sales, Finance and global RevOps; translate plans into targets and track attainment.
• Shape regional pipeline targets and monitor progress with Sales, Marketing and RevOps; implement recovery plans where gaps emerge.
• Run the regional operating cadence with weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews; ensure decisions and follow-ups.
• Strengthen forecast discipline by challenging assumptions and surfacing risks early.
• Turn global analytics into regional action; diagnose root causes and measure results.
• Improve productivity through AI and automation by gathering feedback and piloting improvements.
• Deliver cross-functional change by coordinating regional adoption with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement and GTM Systems.
