Mistral is expanding its partnerships team and is seeking a senior leader to scale the GSI ecosystem across the DACH region. You will collaborate with GTM, Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to drive co-sell motions, co-solutions, and joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners.

You will report to Europe leadership and work with VP DACH to shape regional strategy, balance execution with growth, and ensure alliance governance and partner enablement across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, CS, IT or related field.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Extensive GSI/AE track record with partner organizations.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and API integrations.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy and architecture for GSI partner ecosystem in DACH.
• Drive multi-year roadmaps with German System Integrators.
• Orchestrate co-sell motions, joint GTM and pipeline expansion.
• Provide governance, analytics and regional go-to-market feedback.
