Mistral, a pioneer in full-stack AI solutions, seeks a VP of Demand Generation to lead the company's global demand generation and field marketing initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, and Revenue Operations to shape a world-class revenue engine that drives enterprise adoption of frontier AI products.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Revenue Marketing within B2B tech.
• Proven success leading global demand gen and field marketing orgs.
• Deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing and enterprise go-to-market strategies.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute Mistral's global demand generation strategy aligned to growth and revenue.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and ABM.
• Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets globally.
• Build integrated campaigns across digital, events, paid media, executive programs, content, and partner marketing.
• Partner with Sales leadership to drive pipeline generation across enterprise accounts.
• Develop and scale a best-in-class ABM strategy.
• Lead field marketing across EMEA, North America, and APAC.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Communications to maximize product launch impact.
• Establish funnel metrics, reporting, and forecasting to measure performance.
