Job summary

StrangeBee in Paris or Barcelona is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel our sales pipeline. You will prospect, qualify leads, and hand over opportunities to Account Executives, shaping every deal.

You’ll use HubSpot to track activity, respond to inbound requests, and run discovery calls with a structured approach. Fluency in French and English is required, and experience in B2B software helps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales development or lead generation in B2B software.
• Experience with outbound and inbound lead response.
• Familiarity with qualification frameworks (Sandler, BANT, MEDDIC).
• Strong outreach writing and verbal communication.
• Results-driven with ability to manage speed-to-lead.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential accounts and map decision-makers.
• Book qualified meetings through calls, emails, social selling and events.
• Respond to inbound leads from Marketing and prioritize by fit/urgency.
• Run discovery calls with a structured methodology; disqualify when not a fit.
• Nurture prospects with relevant content and regular follow-ups.
• Prepare handovers with Account Executives and share market insights.
