You will collaborate with Account Executives, own the technical customer relationship, and support opportunities from discovery through to solution design, PoC and close.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in Sales Engineering, professional services, security architecture, systems engineering or similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies such as firewalls, endpoint security, intrusion detection, web and email security or IPS.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure or GCP environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical subjects to both technical and commercial audiences.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and interest in growing customer accounts.
• Ability to travel within France when required.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process.
• Understand customer challenges and design appropriate security solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations and Proofs of Concept.
• Support customers with solution planning, implementation and troubleshooting.
• Build strong relationships with customers and technology partners.
• Work closely with Account Executives to develop existing accounts.
• Communicate customer requirements and feature requests to product teams.
• Deliver product training and share best practices across the Sales Engineering team.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current and upcoming security products.
• Attend customer meetings and industry events across France.
