Fortinet, based in Paris, is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the sales organization in all technical matters for pre‑sales and sales calls. This role entails qualifying sales leads, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with post‑sales training.

Qualifications

• 5 – 8 years experience in technical/pre‑sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• 5 - 8 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Network Security technologies.

Responsabilités

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls.
• Provide assistance with post‑sales training to customers.

Technical/pre-sales support experience

Networking applications knowledge

Strong understanding of DNS and NFS

Presentation skills

Effective communication in English

Formation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Graduate degree preferred
