Bedrock Streaming, a European tech venture, seeks a Customer Success Manager in Paris to lead value-based relationships with enterprise customers and ensure sustainable adoption of the Bedrock platform. You will coordinate with Product teams and internal stakeholders to align roadmaps with client challenges and drive long-term value.

You will own onboarding, platform adoption, governance and customer-health monitoring while identifying growth opportunities within the existing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in a similar Customer Success role within digital or software industry.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product and customer-facing teams.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate onboarding and activation for a portfolio of accounts in coordination with internal teams.
• Drive platform adoption, usage and customer success indicators at the account level.
• Establish governance and coordinate with Product by providing structured customer insights.
• Identify barriers to value creation and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Translate roadmap developments into business narratives and demonstrations.
• Structure customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and management.
• Prepare and lead Customer Success Steering Committees and manage escalations.
• Monitor customer health and identify churn signals.
• Build and maintain Success Plans aligned with customers' objectives.
• Identify and support account growth opportunities.
