Bedrock Streaming is seeking a Delivery Manager to orchestrate multi-squad delivery, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track. You will enable product managers and squads to focus on value creation while upholding delivery discipline.

Lead cadence, governance dashboards, and release readiness, collaborating with Product Directors and cross-functional teams. Hybrid work with Paris office options and remote work across Europe available.

Qualifications

• Orchestration & Planning: Designing delivery plans, release/sprint milestones, and sequencing through dedicated Alignment rituals.
• Dependency Management: Mapping multi-squad and cross-domain dependencies, establishing SLAs, and facilitating trade-offs and enabler coordination.
• Risk & Blocker Mitigation: Early detection and actionable tracking via risk dashboards, coupled with a disciplined escalation process.
• Agile Facilitation: Driving flow discipline and continuous improvement within a dual-track (Discovery/Delivery) framework.
• Quality & Release Readiness: Enforcing DoD, quality gates, and readiness reviews to secure "go/no-go" decisions in collaboration with QA.
• Governance & Reporting: Providing high-level inputs for VRO and portfolio alignment, ensuring all trade-offs are documented and transparent.
• Tooling Mastery: Advanced use of Jira, TargetProcess, and Airtable for end-to-end dependency and risk tracking.
• Technical Fluency: Navigating CI/CD, integration risks, and API platforms to bridge the gap between Engineering, QA, and Platform teams.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate multi-squad delivery execution by managing sequencing, coordination, and milestone synchronization.
• Manage and resolve intra- and cross-domain dependencies, including platform enablers such as SDKs, CI/CD, and APIs.
• Proactively mitigate risks, ensuring timely escalation and securing critical decisions to keep projects on track.
• Drive delivery discipline through rigorous cadence management and dual-track execution (discovery + delivery).
• Establish governance visibility via reliable dashboards and status reporting for VRO and stakeholder reviews.
• Guarantee release quality by enforcing readiness criteria, quality gates, and alignment with QA practices.
• Optimize delivery systems by refining playbooks, standards, and ways of working to reduce friction.
• Align portfolio releases in collaboration with Product Directors and cross-functional leadership.

Within Delivery, we are looking for a Delivery Manager. Your role will be to Ensuring seamless, predictable, and transparent product delivery at the domain level (multi-squad) by orchestrating execution, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks. Uphold delivery discipline—covering cadence, standards, and quality gates—to enable Product Managers and Squad Engineers to remain fully focused on value creation rather than process management.

Your missions will consist of, among other things:
