Bedrock Streaming is seeking a Product Lead to define and evolve the product vision and strategy for a Squad/domain, co-owned with the Squad Engineer and Product Designer. You will build and prioritize a roadmap aligned with Bedrock’s north stars and platform roadmap, balancing client demand, innovation, and experience quality to maximize value.

You will maximize business and user value by owning outcomes, setting measurable KPIs, and guiding discovery from hypotheses to MVP validation.

Qualifications

• Craft a product vision and strategy aligned to Bedrock’s north stars and platform roadmap.
• Define OKRs, KPIs, analytics, and value realization to measure success.
• Structure discovery with hypotheses, experiments, MVP validation, and user insights.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and OKRs for the Squad/domain.
• Build, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap as a Trio, balancing innovation, client demand, and experience quality.
• Maximize business and user value through clear ownership of product outcomes and measurable impact.
• Shift from feature delivery to value delivery by tying initiatives to measurable impact.
• Act as voice of user and business inside the Squad, aligning vision with client expectations and strategy.
