Qualifications

• Currently a Master's student, preferably in a business or engineering school.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data effectively.
• Previous experience through internships or projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Organize and prepare customer meetings with CSMs.
• Write meeting summaries and ensure follow-up actions.
• Analyze customer feedback for quality improvement.
• Assist in using CSM tools for monitoring customer interactions.
