Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, is hiring a Customer Success Manager Intern in Paris starting November 2026 for six months. You will support a rapidly growing client base, act as the main contact for global customers, and help resolve requests swiftly.

Fluency in English and French is essential, with Spanish or German a plus. This role offers exposure to AI tools, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to grow with Aircall’s customer-centric team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French; additional Spanish or German is a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support a growing base of clients and help them grow with Aircall.
• Serve as the main contact for global customers in the long-tail segment.
• Handle tickets, answer questions, and direct users to self-serve resources.
• Assist the CS team by handling inbound calls and coordinating with other teams.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Digital CS team to optimize processes using AI tools.
