Scaleway is looking for a motivated Master’s student to join the Customer Success Management team in Paris as an intern. You will support daily client interactions, help optimize customer processes, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.

You will work in a collaborative, international environment with a team of 13, focusing on low-touch and startup squads, while gaining hands-on experience in CRM tools and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Currently a Master’s student (M1 or M2) in a business school or engineering school.
• Excellent communication and ability to structure information.
• Analytical skills and ability to tell a story from data.
• First experiences through school projects, internships, or student jobs.
• Oral and written fluency in French and English; another European language is a plus.
• Strong interest in customer relationship management and the tech/cloud ecosystem.
• Comfortable working with Slack, Google Workspace, CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to our low-touch strategy and support campaigns for many customers.
• Analyze campaigns and suggest format improvements based on results.
• Update and monitor the customer health score to identify growing accounts and at-risk ones.
• Identify accounts needing more regular touch-points within the CSM team.
• Participate in customer meetings and prepare meeting minutes with clear follow-up actions.
• Support cross-functional projects to improve CSM processes and tools.
