Aircall is seeking a Customer Success Manager Intern to join our Paris office for a 6-month internship starting in November 2026. You will be the main touchpoint for global customers, handle tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a stellar customer experience.

Fluent English and French are required; other languages are a plus. The role offers exposure to AI-enabled customer success initiatives and a dynamic, fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English & French (Spanish or German a plus).
• Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support our rapidly growing client base and help them grow with Aircall.
• Serve as main contact for global customers in the long-tail segment.
• Handle client tickets, questions, and requests, directing to self-serve resources or teams as needed.
• Support CS team by handling inbound calls and collaborating with other teams to resolve requests promptly.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and apply retention tactics.
• Partner with Digital CS to benchmark, evaluate, and implement AI tool-driven improvements.
