Aircall is hiring a Customer Success Manager Intern for our Paris office. You will support a growing client base, manage tickets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. The role starts in November 2026 for six months and requires fluency in English and French, with a Master’s degree in progress.

You will engage with global customers, identify opportunities, and help optimize processes, including AI tools, to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent English & French (Spanish, or German is a plus).
Genuine passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Student in Master degree

Responsabilités

Play a key role in supporting our rapidly growing client base, helping them grow their businesses with Aircall.
Act as the main point of contact for our global customers in the long-tail segment.
Handle client tickets, answering questions and requests efficiently, and route to the appropriate self-serve resource or team.
Support the Customer Success team by handling inbound calls and collaborating with other teams to resolve requests promptly.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and apply retention tactics to grow a portfolio of customers.
Partner with the Digital CS team to benchmark and optimize processes, including AI tools.
