Scaleway in Paris is offering a Customer Success Internship starting January 2027. You’ll support a 13-person team focused on engaging, developing, and retaining customers across mid-market to enterprise accounts.

You will help prepare QBRs, organize meetings, and craft clear summaries while learning to use CRM tools and data to drive proactive customer experiences. You will work in an international environment and gain exposure to cross-functional projects, dashboards, and the processes that

Qualifications

• Master’s student (M1/M2) in a business school or engineering school.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into insights.
• Previous experiences through school projects, internships, or student jobs.
• Interest in customer relationship management, customer engagement, and the tech/cloud ecosystem.
• Familiar with Slack, Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Launch and coordinate customer outreach campaigns alongside CSMs.
• Support the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with insights and data.
• Organise, prepare and participate in customer meetings for mid-market customers.
• Write meeting summaries and track follow-up actions.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify insights and engagement opportunities.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve CSM processes, tools, and journeys.
• Maintain high-quality customer data and use CSM dashboards for monitoring.
