Concentrix Bulgaria is seeking a Customer Advisor to join a hybrid role, relocating to Sofia. The position requires Dutch language proficiency (C1) and English (B1), with strong communication and organizational skills.

You will handle calls about balances and direct debits, while ensuring smooth administrative processes. The role includes a comprehensive relocation package, fully paid onboarding, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
